Ultrasonic detectors

Analyzing Flowmeter data may indicate an excessive consumption of compressed air in the area supplied by the measured pipeline. However, it will not show point of the leak, and there is no other way to repair leaks quickly without knowing their exact location. In this situation specialized equipment is required - ultrasonic leak detectors.

We sell detectors and also provide training on how to use them.

Ultrasonic measurement is currently the only technology that allows you to quickly and clearly locate leaks of compressed air, technical gases, steam and vacuum.

Thanks to the technology and experience of our supplier - UE Systems, we can also evaluate the size of the leak, which allows to set up in a report which leaks are the most expensive and which are quite unprofitable to repair.

We supply many types of devices: from the simplest which is worth to keep avaliable and use it as a support for the daily work of maintenance services, to very advanced, with an enormous amount of functionality, multi-tasking digital detectors which allow for the analysis and processing of recorded sound files.

ULTRAPROBE 100

Excellent for compressed air leak location, allows you to start to repair them. It can also be used to detect the steam leakage. Leakage indicator is based on the LEDs. Simple equipment necessary in each factory using compressed air or steam.

ULTRAPROBE 3000

UP3000 type of detector in addition to the location of leaks, is equipped with a digital display system (measured value in dB), sensitivity control system and memory for 400 measured values of the leakages.

This device helps us to determine the cost of leakage while use the software, which allows to create the work order for leaks repair with the ability to monitor the value of made repairs.. It has a stepless control of sensitivity from '0' to '70'. There are 3 modules: scanning module, parabolic (long-range) module and stethoscope module. There is also a rubber focusing probe insulating ultrasound background which can be used with scanning and stethoscope module. UE UP3000

ULTRAPROBE 9000

Another instrument ideal for all audit work is larger, but still light detector UP9000. EX version available.

UP9000 has all the functionality of its predecessors. Besides it opens new opportunities connected with precise analysis of structureborne ultrasound. This handy pistol detector is equipped with a highly sensitive directional microphone based on three quartz crystals. Furthermore, it has a frequency control of measurement, which allows to distinguish the ultrasound coming from different sources. Thanks to this, it facilitates to make accurate measurements. It allows you to make a benchmarking and trend analysis (bearing diagnosis and clear facilitate to make other measurements) with the help of a comprehensive and affordable computer application. ULTRAPROBE 10000

UP10000 is a versatile instrument for the noninvasive diagnosis of maintenance services.

The highest accuracy is here combined with versatility. This detector uses the display gives easy access to the stored readouts and audio files. Features such as benchmarking and trend analysis, previously possible only through the cooperation of the detector and the computer. Now it can be done instantaneously using only UP10000. Also stored data management is clearly extended. It is allowed to connect results in the form of a tree and moving to the level of the application the actual plant construction with division into production lines, buildings and processes. Systems responsible for receiving ultrasound are identical to the detector UP9000.

ULTRAPROBE 15000

The most modern and the most complex pistol detector is UP15000.

This detector has all the functionality of the older models and a series of upgrades and improvements. It replaced the display touch screen, which significantly facilitates navigation in the menu and operate on stored data. To meet the needs of the measuring works in the detector built a laser pointer, a camera (pictures are very important part of the leak detection reports) and temperature measurement system. It is a complex measurement instrument ideal for plants which will measure energy carriers, technical gases and mechanical systems. It combines features which allow for easily being equal to all these challenges and accurately report the extent of the work done.
